How does the romper fit? How do I know what size to order?

This is the question we are asked the most! Rompers are definitely a tricky thing to get sized right.
All of our rompers are fitted with elastic waist bands, so you have flexibility in your waist sizing. In our experience, your chest dimensions are going to affect your fit MUCH more than your waist dimensions.
But our expert tip? Use the image above and make your best guess. If you get it wrong we offer free returns!
(We recommend hand washing your romper, but you can also shrink your romper some if you machine wash it on high heat!)

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Do you take check or money orders?
No, since we are not cavemen, we do not accept those ancient unheard-of forms of payment.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we are required to collect sales tax in Washington, California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for processing and may be subject to payment verification.
To check the current status of your order or to view your order history:
1. Sign In to your Zesties account.
2. Hover over My Account at the top of the page. Then select My Orders from the My Account dropdown.
3. Scroll down to locate the order you're interested in and click on the order number to display the order details.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.
I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
We may have shipped your order in separate packages so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package sent. If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
What do I do if you're Out of Stock?
See something you like that's sold out? Sign up using the fields on the product page to be notified if an Out of Stock item comes back in; but until then, check out our site for daily updates and new products.
How fast are your shipping speeds?
Standard Shipping delivery takes 7-10 Days, Expedited Shipping delivery is 2-3 days, Priority Shipping is 2 Day Delivery Guaranteed. Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight delivery.
What if I order the wrong size?
Don't worry! We'll help you get it taken care of promptly, just email us. We'll get your return started and the proper size in no time! Check out our support page for more details.
Is there a specific window when I can return my products for a refund?
Yes, as of now, we offer free postage for returns for up to 10 days, and accept all returns up to 30 days.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at email@example.com and we'll send you your return postage! We refund all purchases in full as long as your romper is in unused, resellable condition.
