What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shopify Payments.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes. Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL, the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology, so your transactions stay protected.
Do you take checks or money orders?
No, since it's not 1994 anymore, we do not accept those outdated forms of payment. We can take Venmo if you're really hard-up!
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we are required to collect sales tax in Washington, California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
How can I check the status of my order?
You'll get a confirmation email when we receive the order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders generally take 1–2 business days to process.
To check status anytime: sign in, open your orders, and click the order number. Sometimes we ship in more than one package, so you may get a second tracking email.
Shipping
Free standard shipping in the continental US. Standard is 7–10 business days, Expedited is 3–5, and Priority is 2–3. Unfortunately we do not offer overnight delivery.
We don't ship internationally at this time. That being said, customers have had success using sites like www.viabox.com or www.shipito.com (we are not affiliated with either, they've just been recommended to us!).
Sizing & fit
Don't worry! Size by the T-shirt size you usually wear (the waistband is elastic, so chest and shoulders matter more). If you get it wrong, kick off a return and we'll sort you out.
